Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Net Image, s.r.o. ("Net Image", "we", "us") is a design and writing studio registered in the Czech Republic, based in Prague. These terms govern the use of this website and, unless a separate written agreement applies, the services we provide.

2. Services

We provide design and development of websites and applications, book publishing services, and ghostwriting. The scope, schedule, and price of each engagement are defined in an individual written proposal or contract, which takes precedence over these terms.

3. Proposals and payment

• Proposals are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• Work begins after written acceptance of a proposal and, where agreed, an initial deposit.
• Invoices are payable within 14 days unless the contract states otherwise.

4. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, the client receives the rights to the final deliverables as defined in the engagement contract. For ghostwritten works, authorship credit and all publication rights belong to the client; we retain no claim to attribution. We may reference non-confidential work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

5. Confidentiality

We treat all client material as confidential. Ghostwriting engagements are covered by a non-disclosure agreement as standard.

6. Website use

The content of this website is provided for general information. We may change it at any time without notice. You may not reproduce the content of this site without permission.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Prague.
